A Turkey Craft you go NUTS over!!

When you think of Thanksgiving what is the first thing that comes to your mind??? Turkeys!!!

Here's a fun little craft, best part is, there's a treat inside!!

What you'll need:

  • Can of Nuts (or a small can of pop would work too)
  • Brown paper or a brown paper sack
  • Free Download Nutty Turkey Printable and card stock
  • String or twine
  • scissors
  • tape/glue
  • hole punch
  • Brown ink
What you'll do:

Measure the height of the can and also measure around it.

If you are using a paper sack, cut the bottom off of the sack

Next, you will cut the side of the sack so it will lay flat.  Measure and mark onto your paper the measurements of the can. Then cut it out.

Using ink, ink the edges all around the paper.

Secure the paper onto the can with some tape, then wrap it around and secure with tape on the other end.

Print the Free Printable out onto card stock and cut all of the pieces out. Punch a hole in the tag with a hole punch.  Glue or tape the feathers onto the back of the can. Tie the string or twine around the turkey's neck and tie on the tag. Tape or glue the turkey onto the can

There you go a super cute and delicious Turkey gift!!
