Preparation:
Prayerfully study and think about what the specific needs of your primary are and how you can teach them this doctrine.
Sharing Time Instruction:
Here are a few ideas that could be used this week:
Idea 1:
Give each of the primary children a piece of paper. Invite them to think about a miracle that Jesus performed and draw a picture of it. Play primary music while the children are drawing. When the children are done drawing invite some of the children to come up show and explain their picture to the rest of the primary.
Idea 2:
Choose from some of the following videos based on the miracles of Christ:
- Calming the Tempest
- Lazarus is Raised from the Dead
- Wherefore Didst Thou Doubt?
- The Feeding of the 5000
- Widow Of Nain
- Jesus Heals a Man Born Blind
- Jesus Heals a Lame Man on the Sabbath
- Jesus Forgives Sins and Heals a Man Stricken with Palsy
- Jesus Raises the Daughter of Jairus
- Jesus Heals a Woman of Faith
- Jesus Turns Water into Wine
- Jesus Heals a Possessed Man
- He is Risen
- The Savior Suffers in Gethsemane
Show a couple of these videos. Explain that FAITH precedes the miracle. Invite the children to share some miracles they have seen in their own lives.
