Sharing Time Instruction:

Invite the children to sing the last song of "Follow the Prophet", Children's Songbook pg 110:
"Now we have a world where people are confused.
If you don't believe it, go and watch the news.
We can get direction all along our way,
If we heed the prophets-follow what they say.

Chorus
Follow the prophet, follow the prophet,
Follow the prophet; don't go astray.
Follow the prophet, follow the prophet,
Follow the prophet; he knows the way."

Show the children the week's theme poster and invite them to repeat, "God speaks through prophets".

Ask the children who the current prophet is. (President Thomas S. Monson) Explain that when we listen to the prophet we are listening to the words and directions from God.

Show a General Conference Message from President Monson:
After the video clip invite the children to share what direction the received from the prophet? Invite them to act upon the direction they received. Testify that was we follow the prophets we will be blessed.
